Santa Barbara, California

Possibly my most favorite place on earth. I go probably once a month and love it more and more every time I go. This time I went during a storm and had to be evacuated from Montecito. It was definitely an adventure and took some pics for some memories. I’ll also show you all yummy food I had the chance to enjoy. There’s so many good food places it’s hard to cover everywhere in one trip!

Brophy Brothers

Jeannine’s

Third Window

Helena Avenue Bakery

Tee-off

Manor Bar at the Rosewood Miramar

Make sure you stop for a drink at the Manor Bar. Very cute and cozy

Winter Storm

There were two pretty crazy storms that hit, one before we got there and one the last couple days of our trip. Sandspit (a surf break in Santa Barbara) breaks very infrequently but everybody was out that day after the first storm hit. We were staying in Montecito and had to be evacuated to the beach area. The only thing open for dinner was Rusty’s pizza place around the corner so we decided to stop by and have a Hawaiian pizza and a glass of wine..to braze the winter storm at least the version of winter in California.
