Even though there’s a lot of hype surrounding this restaurant, I can confidently say it lives up to every bit of it. What makes this place so special isn’t just the food—it’s the entire experience. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the staff is attentive and genuinely committed to making your evening memorable.

When we were first seated, our table was set with us facing each other, but we had hoped to sit side by side. Since the table had already been fully set, the staff thoughtfully offered us a tour of the restaurant. By the time we returned, they had completely rearranged the table so it was perfectly set up for us to sit next to each other. It was such a small detail, but it spoke volumes about the level of service.

Come with an appetite because every course is incredible, and they are extremely generous with both the food and desserts. Everything was beautifully executed and absolutely delicious.

We also got incredibly lucky—on a Monday night, we spotted Thomas Keller in the kitchen. It was so fun to see him in action, and we even had the chance to take a photo with him, which made an already unforgettable evening even more special.
