Cuixmala

This amazing place is warm, beautiful and so relaxing. I have to pinch myself every time I’m out there because it’s that spectacular. There is so much ground to cover so let’s get to it.

Rooms

I’ve had the chance to stay in both the horse suite and lion suite, both spectacular. The horse suite might actually be too big, at least for us it was.

Breakfast

I’m usually not a breakfast person but wow! Their cinnamon rolls are legit the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had in my life. So much so that I had one every day for breakfast. You really can’t go wrong, just enjoy a cup of coffee, with some fresh fruit, a great view and a cinnamon roll…is there anything better?

Pool

Again I can’t believe how amazing this place is. Everything about it is spectacular including the pool. There is a flight of stairs that takes you down to the pool and only the guests that stay in the Main House are allowed to be there.

Casa Gomez

So this place is huge, so much so that you need a car to get to most part of the resort. I did go to dinner here once and it was delicious. This place has more of a jungle feel and more of a Mexican flare.

Private Beach

The most insane beach I’ve ever been to. So isolated but yet there’s a bar and a restaurant. The most amount of people at any given day is about 10. It is a 30 minute drive from the resort but honestly so worth it. They even have paddle boards where you can go off to another little island.

Sunset Hour

I made it a custom to got out to their community balcony and have a cocktail or mocktail each day for sunset. The view is spectacular.
